Return & Replacement Policy

Overview

At Alterd Industries, every product we create is made to order - crafted specifically for you at the time of your purchase. Because of the custom and personalized nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed orders. We appreciate your understanding and encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before submitting.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept:

  • Returns for any reason other than a production error on our part

  • Exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind purchases

  • Cancellations after production has begun

We encourage customers to double-check all details - including spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors, and any custom text - prior to placing an order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Errors Made by Alterd Industries

We take pride in the quality and accuracy of every item we produce. In the unlikely event that we make an error -including a misspelling, incorrect personalization, or production defect - we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

To be eligible for a replacement due to our error, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Clear photos of the item and the error must be provided

  • The error must be directly attributable to a mistake made by Alterd Industries, not based on information submitted by the customer

To initiate a replacement request, please contact us at alterdindustries.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos documenting the error. We will review your request and respond promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Alterd Industries is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

Please note the following:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees

  • If a package is delivered to an incorrect address as entered by the customer, Alterd Industries is not liable for the loss and will not provide a free replacement

  • Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped

We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping address before completing checkout.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged due to shipping, please photograph the damage and the packaging immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to assess the situation and determine the best resolution. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
