Most personalized orders are engraved and ready to ship within 1–2 business days. Because we engrave everything in-house, we’re able to offer fast turnaround without sacrificing quality.
Can I see a proof before my order is engraved?
Yes! A digital proof is available as an optional add-on for an additional charge. If you have any concerns about your personalization, layout, or how your finished design will look, we highly recommend adding a proof to your order. Please note that requesting a proof may delay production while we wait for your approval. Your item will not be engraved until the proof is approved.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our products are carefully packaged with gifting in mind. Many items include or offer gift-ready packaging, and available packaging options will be shown on the product page. You can also ship your gift directly to the recipient.
What is your return policy?
